Loy Krathong!!!

The girls were fortunate enough to catch one of the biggest festivals in Thailand....Loy Krathong....Shawn and I had the experience last year and loved it and were soo happy that the girls could experience it as well!!!

Putting it into the river....don't forget to pray to the water goddess for forgiveness of polluting her waters!!!

There is also another tradition during Loy Krathong....and that is to light a lantern and float it into the sky...you literally can see millions of them....I have inquired about them and apparently sometime they can screw up airline pilots and have possibly caused accidents...and they do pollute the sky and must come down somewhere....so we all only did one together...to save on the polluting effects....
